ILMA-DMV (International Lebanese Medical Association – DC, Maryland, Virginia) Chapter is sincerely committed to assisting medical students like yourself. Understanding the challenges posed by the ongoing economic crisis in Lebanon, we are dedicated to providing support where it is most needed.
One of our primary objectives is to alleviate the financial burden associated with the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) for Lebanese medical students who aspire to take the exam but face financial constraints. We acknowledge the significance of this examination in pursuing your medical career in the United States. To achieve this goal, the ILMA-DMV chapter has successfully raised funds to sponsor the USMLE exam fees for deserving students who may otherwise be unable to afford it. We firmly believe that financial constraints should not hinder the pursuit of your dreams and aspirations.
Last year, we awarded $1,000 scholarships to 22 Lebanese medical students.
This year, we will be awarding $1,000 scholarships to 40 Lebanese medical students!
