Our role
1- Connect trainees, including residents, fellows, medical students, and postdoctoral researchers in the United States.
2- Help the members find jobs, residency and fellowship positions, and research positions by sharing these potential openings in the group.
3- Propose projects to ILMA members that might assist in spreading the mission statement of the organization
4- At this time, the membership of the group includes only the above with the potential to expand membership to trainees and students in Lebanon after they match in the United States.
Academic

Our role
1- Promote collaboration at the academic, educational and research level with medical schools, medical societies and associations and governmental entities in the USA and in Lebanon.
2- Organizing conferences and webinar with the ILMA international association, other ILMA members association, medical schools, other medical associations or governmental entities in Lebanon, the US and the world.
3- Organizing, writing and publishing medical articles, manuscripts on behalf of ILMA when needed
Communication / Media

Our role
1- Distribute content to promote projects through social media platforms.
2- Act as a liaison between the organization, the public, and the media to ensure that the Association remains top of mind.
3- Respond to enquiries from journalists, write press releases, try to interest journalists in the organization’s stories and campaigns.
ILMA-USA advisor

ILMA Adviser is a platform to explore the non-clinical aspect of being a doctor.

Financial

Our role
1- Approve/Decline the revenues and the expenses of ILMA USA.
2- Prepare the financial reports biannually & maintain the nonprofit status with the IRS.
3- Secure financing resources to support ILMA USA activities & development.
4- Maintain the transparency of ILMA USA transactions.
5- Facilitate coordination and communication with all other committees & chapters.

1- Data base building/update log of Lebanese health professionals in the US
2- Lead recruitment campaign
