The ILMA-USA Advisory Program connects medical students, graduates, and residents with ILMA-USA members for personalized guidance. Whether you seek advice on electives, research opportunities, residency applications, or USMLE preparation, this program ensures tailored support to help you advance your medical career.
3- ILMA-USA Observership Exchange Program
The ILMA-USA Observership Exchange Program, in collaboration with the KU Internal Medicine program in Wichita, offers Lebanese medical students and post-medical school graduates a chance to gain clinical observation experience.
Elective in Banner Casa Grande Medical Center
Observership in a community hospital. The hospital is located in Phoenix, Arizona, 45 minutes from the airport. It is a rural hospital with 110 beds and an open ICU. You can access the EMR “Cerner” (view-only mode) to review the charts.
We will try to get you free lodging which is a 5-minute walk from the hospital. Breakfast and Lunch are served in the physician lounge for free.
This is a clinical rotation mainly. Research is limited to case reports and possible simple projects.
