Board meeting with Minister Dr. Abiad

The ILMAUSA board met with the Lebanese minister of health Dr. Firass Abiad.
Dr. Abiad shared the latest updates about his ministry.

He has been an advocate of preventive medicine and investing in family medicine to improve healthcare efficiency and lower costs.
Dr. Abiad expressed his gratitude for the Diaspora’s unlimited support to Lebanon. His ministry is exploring the best way to organize its connection with international healthcare providers of Lebanese descent.

ILMA can play a crucial role in the ministry efforts to reform the healthcare system in Lebanon.
