We are happy to announce the election of Dr. Georgina Aoun Nouaime as the new president of ILMAUSA.

ILMAUSA is deeply concerned about the ongoing crisis in Lebanon and is committed to supporting the country during these challenging times. To address urgent and future needs, the ILMAUSA National Board has formed a crisis unit focusing on three key areas: a Resource Team to manage medication and supply requests, a Human Resources Team offering virtual support through telehealth services, and an Educational Committee providing essential training for crisis response. ILMA USA met with the Lebanese Minister of Health, Dr. Firas Abiad, to discuss the urgent medical needs in Lebanon due to the ongoing crisis.
